Learn how to make quiche from Decadent Creations Bakery owner, local Chopped Champion, Mindy Crosato! In class, students will mix their own quiche base, fill, and bake a fresh individual quiche to eat at the end of class or take home. While the quiche are baking, students will each make a wonderful flakey all-butter crust in a 9 inch size, to be ready to bake your next quiche at home! This butter crust is great for all sorts of sweet and savory pies!
