In this from scratch class, we will explore different styles of pie. We will learn how to mix, kneed, proof, and stretch dough. We will discover the secret to the best pizza sauce. And we will discuss why the order in which we layer ingredients is important. Finally, we will put our skills to the test, and fire off a volley of pizzas.

Expect to leave with the confidence and experience you will need to begin your at home pizza making journey! Class will end with generous samples of pizza. We will make some vegetarian pizzas.
