Learn different methods to make delectable vegetarian Ethiopian dishes, using popular Ethiopian spices. This is a hands-on class where we will be making a medium-spicy red lentil stew, green beans, and a carrot dish. This class also includes making the traditional Ethiopian flat bread (Injera) . All to be enjoyed at the end of class. You will go home with sample spices to make your own Ethiopian dishes.
Eleni is the owner of Eleni’s Kitchen, a longtime Beaverton Farmer’s market favorite food vendor, and sells her amazing homemade sauces and spices in Collective Market
