Learn how to make Mindy’s famous biscuits & sausage paprika gravy, which was featured in Portland Monthly’s best breakfast issue!

Mindy will demonstrate her flaky buttermilk biscuit techniques, and each student will make their own small batch of biscuits, approx 6 per student. While our biscuits are in the oven. Mindy will demonstrate making sausage paprika gravy and learn how to build a roux. Then, students will make their own batch of gravy! Students will be provided the recipes and all materials needed for class.

Mindy is the owner and baker for Decadent Creations Bakery. She’s a local champion of the hit Food Network Show, Chopped. She made a variation of these buttermilk biscuits as the winning dessert on the show!
