Fill x4 Sanibuckets from commissary 3-stage sanitizer dispenser: 1. Deli 2. coffee 3. hot line 4. Juice Bar

Stock Grand Central Bread/ Date packaged hamburger/hotdog with +2 (pull hotdog from freezer if needed-par 3)
Floor Duties
Stock and rotate produce/ Ensure Proper Signage
Stock any in-house prepack refills/ ensure proper signage
Scan that floors are clean and clear
Check that restrooms and customer seating areas are clean and ready to open
Juice Bar/ Soft Serve Duties
Coffee: Get first pot of coffee started: ensure the pot is properly cleaned and labeled
Coffee: Ensure all condiments/ serveware is stocked on coffee station & bus tub station
Juice: Remove Lids on the refrigerated prep table
Juice: Check that you have prep for each fruit/ juice element
Glass Door Fridge: Check that you have all types of cold drinks ready
Ensure that all packaging is stocked
Cocktails: ensure all liquor/ cocktail elements are stocked
Soft Serve: Scoop Foam off top of soft serve and discard
TUESDAY: Soft Serve: Clean out machines
Final Pre-Open Walkthrough
Scan that floors are clean/ clear
Scan that all glass is clean/ all product has signage
Unlock all doors
Ensure that A-frames are put out (one on Main, one on Lincolin)
Check the exterior seating for any debris, sweep/ dust if needed
Turn on Open Sign
Wake-up registers, ensure card readers connect
